APPLE HELP!!!
As we see at Europe - Apple support was always the BEST. In Russia support does not exist.
Questions to Apple:
If the is any chance to get any support by e-mail from Apple?
I use Apple since 1996 and mostly at Europe.
Now I stay in Russia and a few years we get info from russian people support@apple.ru
but at a moment russian support does not exist.
Do You exist?

We have a number of tech questions to Apple and will ask them if Apple Support exist for russian users.
Please, let us know
3. We try to use mostly native apple software. iChat does not works with russian (Cyrillic). Haw to fix problem?

Many times we try to contact Steve Jobs with question about ideas, projects etc. No chance. Looks like some small managers stop our letters.
